Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Spirit X Bison is not responsible for these charges or for delays due to customs processing.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.

Spirit X Bison is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if needed.
