Returns

Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging. -
Non-returnable items:

Final sale/clearance items

Customized or personalized products

Underwear, socks, or other hygiene-sensitive items (for safety reasons)

To initiate a return:
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address. -
Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Recommend using a trackable shipping service. Spirit X Bison is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your credit card provider or bank first, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, email us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. Return shipping costs from outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer.
